We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. We encourage you to order discovery collection first to determine the fragrance that is right for you. If upon delivery you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged, we will replace the items free of charge. If the handmade wooden perfume caps should warp with moisture and/or shrink with drying we will send you a non-wooden cap free of charge. Please contact hello@therethen.co
